Terms of Use
Last updated: [DATE] · Applies to the myHab.Fit Android app (com.aura.auraai4) and this website
In short
- You must be 18 or older.
- This is a fitness app, not medical advice. You train at your own risk.
- Camera rep counting is beta. It is off by default and its accuracy is not guaranteed.
- Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. You cancel there, not here.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
- You can stop using the app and delete everything at any time.
These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.
These terms are the agreement between you and us about your use of myHab.Fit. By installing or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Who you are agreeing with
myHab.Fit is operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME], an individual based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Contact: contactus@myhab.fit. Our postal address and grievance contact are in the Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use the app
You must be 18 or over. The app asks for your date of birth during setup and will not let you continue if you are under 18 on that date. Do not use the app on behalf of anyone under 18, and do not give us a date of birth that is not yours.
An account is required. You sign in with your Google account; we never see or store a password.
3. This is not medical advice
myHab.Fit is a fitness app, not a medical service. Nothing it shows you — workout plans, recovery scores, calorie estimates, cycle predictions, heart-rate ranges or coaching cues — is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and none of it should be relied on as such.
You exercise at your own risk. Speak to a doctor before starting a new training programme, particularly if you have an existing medical condition or injury, are recovering from one, are pregnant, or have been advised to limit physical activity. Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort, and seek medical help if you need it.
The app builds each session from what you tell it and from the health data you allow it to read. It cannot see your form, your surroundings, or anything you have not told it. Deciding whether a given exercise is safe for you on a given day is yours to make, not ours.
Flagging a sore area changes which exercises the app selects. That is a scheduling adjustment, not rehabilitation advice, and it is not a substitute for treatment.
4. Camera rep counting is a beta feature
Camera rep counting is optional, off by default, and labelled beta inside the app. When you turn it on, it uses your phone's front camera to estimate repetitions and movement quality. The analysis runs on your phone; no image or video frame is stored or sent anywhere (see the Privacy Policy).
Its accuracy is not guaranteed. It can miscount, miss repetitions, or misjudge form, and how well it works depends on lighting, framing, clothing and your device. Treat what it shows you as an aid, never as a measurement to rely on. You can turn it off at any time in Settings, and log your sets by hand instead.
5. Your data
What we collect, why we collect it, where it is stored and what your rights are is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Two points are repeated here because they change what you can expect from the app:
- If you connect Health Connect, the app can read the data you permit and can write workout records back into it. Records written into Health Connect belong to your phone's health store, not to us, and are not removed when you delete your myHab.Fit account. You can review and delete them yourself in the Health Connect app.
- Cycle and symptom logging is optional. If you use it, that data is stored only on your phone and is never uploaded to us. It does not transfer to a new device, and it is gone if you uninstall.
6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
myHab.Fit is a paid subscription app. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play, not by us. Your purchase is a transaction with Google under Google Play's terms; we receive confirmation that you are entitled, and nothing else.
- Prices are shown by Google Play in your local currency and vary by country.
- If you start a free trial, it converts into a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
- Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. We cannot issue a refund on Google's behalf.
- Deleting your myHab.Fit account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play separately, or you may continue to be billed.
If we change the price of a subscription, Google Play will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel rather than accept it.
7. Ending your use of the app
You can stop at any time. Delete your account from Settings inside the app, or use the account deletion page if you have already uninstalled. What is removed, and what is not, is set out on that page.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms in a way that harms other users, our service, or us — for example by tampering with the app or circumventing payment. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
8. Exercise videos and other content
The exercise demonstration videos, illustrations, written content, the myHab.Fit name and the logo are owned by us or licensed to us by others. They are provided for your personal use inside the app only.
You may not download, extract, copy, republish, redistribute or resell them, or use them outside the app, and you may not use them to train, fine-tune or otherwise feed a machine learning system. Some of this content is licensed to us on terms that require this, so it is not negotiable.
9. How you may use the app
Use myHab.Fit lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with it; do not interfere with its security or with other users; do not circumvent payment, trial or entitlement checks; do not scrape it or resell access to it; and do not use it to build a competing product.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, add to, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, including beta features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant we will update the date at the top of this page and, where it affects you materially, tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
myHab.Fit is currently available only in India, and requires an Android phone, an internet connection for some features, and a Google account.
11. Liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate it shows — calories, recovery, cycle predictions, repetition counts — will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, from decisions you make based on what it shows you, from data supplied by your device or by services you connect, or from the app being unavailable or losing data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the app.
