Cancel or manage your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, so they are cancelled there rather than in the app.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon, top right
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
  4. Select myHab.Fit, then Cancel subscription

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the period you have paid for ends. If you are in a free trial, cancel before it ends or it converts to a paid subscription.

Refunds are handled by Google, not by us — request one from your Google Play order history. We cannot issue a refund on Google's behalf.

Delete your account

In the app: open Settings, then Delete account. If you have already uninstalled or cannot sign in, use the account deletion page, which also lists exactly what is removed.

Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription, and it does not remove workout records already written into Health Connect on your phone. Cancel the subscription in Google Play, and remove those records in the Health Connect app.

Delete only some of your data

You do not have to delete everything. From Settings you can separately delete all your cycle data, or reset your camera calibration, leaving the rest of your account intact.

Health Connect permissions

myHab.Fit reads only the health data you grant it, and you can withdraw any permission at any time in the Health Connect app. Withdrawing a permission does not delete your account — it stops the app reading that data, and the cards that used it will show as empty rather than showing a number we cannot stand behind.

Health Connect data lives on the phone that wrote it and does not sync between devices, so a second phone will not show the same history. A card that is empty on a new phone is usually this, not a bug.

Camera rep counting

Camera rep counting is a beta feature and is off by default. Turn it on or off in Settings. It can miscount, particularly in poor lighting, in loose clothing, or if part of you is out of frame. If it is not counting reliably for you, log your sets by hand — everything else in the app works the same either way.

No image or video frame is ever stored or sent anywhere. The analysis runs entirely on your phone.

Signing in on a new phone

Sign in with the same Google account and your workout history, personal bests, streak and settings come back. Two things do not travel, by design: your cycle data, which is stored only on the phone you logged it on, and Health Connect records, which belong to each phone's own health store.
